High Alumina Castable

Alumina Castables can be classified in the category of amorphous refractories.

These materials are used in various cases, such as the safety layer of Tundish and casting Ladle, the upper and lower blocks of the induction furnace, the coating of the coil of the induction furnace, or as a mortar in the installation of bricks, etc. In terms of chemical analysis, this product can be classified from 45% to 95% alumina, which is selected based on the type and working conditions and the installation location of the analysis and its appropriate granulation. Also, according to the method and conditions of using, this product is divided into categories: conventional, low cement, and ultra low cement.

Alumina Castables

Different types of castable alumina, each of which is designed and produced for a specific application, can be provided and produced. Furnace concrete, Tundish safety layer, Ladle floor and wall concrete, brick mortar, general uses of steel making, etc.
